Both process were done within 24 h. The last one though it is taking more time to be completed overall because i asked for a replacement that i am now legit refunding to see the money back. Hopefully will be tomorrow

I tried this and they Didn't Refund me instantly, they said that they are investigating? Is this normal?

Update: SUCCESS on my second try, after sending the replacement back, it took a while but they finally sent me the money back, me and my friend are so happy Biggrin

No, but there was only one item bought and was a pair of airpods, so not even that expensive. The new one I am trying is on a new account. We will see what will happen, I will keep u updated

So why did they end up sending you your money back after sending you a replacement? Did you MEB again on the same account?
