Looking to SE the sony xm5 headphones from bol.com (the netherlands). i've thought about going to amazon but im planning a bigger SE soon there so i'd rather not mess my account up for that.
It will arrive monday. Would it be best to DNA it on tuesday?
Also, anyone has experience with the bol.com support? any idea how strict they are? and if not, just tips are welcome. much appreciated.

Done them a few times the past year, very easy
Just claimed DNA, was immediately refunded everytime
You can just call the same day, no need to wait,just say tracking says delivered but you haven't receives it

Alright, the xm5 JUST arrived 3 mins ago. not even a signature was required.
Would claiming DNA later today be the way to go?

If no OTP was required it would be a good way to go

They are starting investigation. after having 3 chats with them yesterday being a pain in the ass "itll come tomorrow just wait".
ill receive an email within the next 1-4 days with more info. could be good right? idk what theyll be pulling tbh
any tips appreciated.

Just wait and see what next step will be, maybe they will refund you on the spot or ask you something but is useless to worry now, you made the first move, now let’s wait for their one

update - SE went succesful. first 2 reps were a pain in the ass but the 3rd one gave me an "instant refund" even when the investigation was against me.
