In terms of the EB/missing Item method, It depends on the Item weight.

As for the DNA, the type of verification (If any) on delivery will determine Its suitability.

It's way too heavy for the EB/missing Item method.

Hopefully their Investigation Is handled by brain-dead team members.

You should've said you're not sure, but will check the packaging and get back to them.

As such, If their Investigation deems the Item was enclosed when weighed at the carrier's depot, you'd tell them the package/box appears damaged. Essentially, your Item was (seemingly) stolen prior to accepting the delivery.
