Okay let's see if someone has info about SN it.

As far as i know, its claiming your device isnt working correctly due to an error, then they Will ask for a SN of the product  and maybe a POP ( proof of purchase ), then if the device is un warranty they Will issue a replacement to your location, but before that they could ask for a POD ( thing i dont know how to handle apart of a corrupted file )

Tried logitech recently for a mouse and they didnt accept the pop i got from receiptmansion so keep updated if it works
