SJWs. Yup. Here we go. #1
So I'm honestly unsure of what to even believe anymore. There was a point where I thought I knew what was right and what was wrong but now there's so much line blurring that I don't know anymore. I feel like as a straight white male I'm blamed for a plethora of problems and should I ever dare to express that I am immediately attacked because "I just don't get it " or something along those lines.

What the fuck happened? Why do I feel like everyone is racist, sexist, etc and completely blind to it. I feel like I live in the minority now and am told to be quiet because all white straight men are racist, sexist, rapists, etc.

Anyone else feel like this? How do we even fix this?

I saw this quote somewhere and it's perfect

"Arguing with stupid people is like playing chess with a pigeon. It knocks the pieces over, craps on the board, and flies back to its flock to claim victory."

Yeah I agree that our world has become extremely hypersensitive. But there are people out there trying to reason with these people. Hopefully there will be a bigger margin of people who will fight against these extremists so they don't become the majority.

I've been wondering much the same as well. While I've never agreed with most of what is said, they were at first logical. Yet now, it is borderline ludicrous and no thought, care, or logic whatsoever.

I have a very strong stance against, but even many are waking up and understanding their stupidity.

Its like I heard in a RWDS song, "The populace is waking up...but not before they've been blown up, its hard for me to understand your mind."

Essentially how I feel about them.

I've never felt like this I could always see what these people where. I mean they actually want to ban words and expressions and force language on you.

In very short terms its Communism. Except the class they're resisting against is white men. The people that push the ideology use any and all tactics to get their ideas across. Be it saying that blacks are oppressed by "the system" and not the real core of their problem which is the break up of the black family. I think that the useful idiots believe that all the things they say hold weight but the people that push the ideology for money, political gain, or anything else to do with power know what they are saying is bull shit however it is a useful narrative for them. Take for example (because I assume most people here know the story) Anita Sarkeesian. There is footage of her saying that she never played video games, she doesn't like video games and yet she makes a web series about how sexist the whole industry is when in actual fact given the revelations of goymemegate it's safe to assume that it is 100% the other way around.

The reason this as happened, in my opinion, is that there is a trend among young people (the useful idiots) to politicise all aspects of life especially social interactions which leads to people having wrong speak and think. They then go back to their echo chamber and convince each other they are right by looking at their own propaganda despite most every one else they interact with disagreeing with them. They always have very tribal tendencies. They instantly judge people who dare to defy their ideas instead of having an open discussion on the matter. Even if you can actually have a conversation with these people and you point out to them all the logical fallacies and straight up falseness in their pre-made arguments chances are they'll throw a straw man at you and browbeat you with loaded words until you just can't argue with them because of the complete denial.

I think we've hit the apex and now that group is on the decline. People just need to get some balls and tell these people that you're not the problem; they're creating problems and giving stupid ways to fix those and real problems. Throw out the whole idea of "political correctness" any other of the bull shit they've managed to push in such as quotas, mass immigration, and just get on with life.

The best way to approach this issue like most can be addressed primarily by education. Social/environmental factors that often times normalize the negative stigma behind social justice are often due to uneducated masses. Prejudice and a strong foundation of discrimination that is appears in one's family will often times prevail as environmental determinants of ones' preconception of matters regarding social policies.

Where you live plays a major part in this as well. Different states and collective nations have strong influences to your concerns.

I usually just call them "Tumblr children" since they can't grow the fuck up. Can't even share an opinion without getting labeled to something. Awhile back, I just learned what safe space is and just laughed. Grown ass adults needing to be coddled like children? Ridiculous.

Is it really difficult to be sensitive of others?

Not entirely. I usually have empathy for others and I'm quite emotional myself. I actually used to be somewhat supportive until they fucked things up.
