SEing a computer case? #1
This one seems easy to SE since you could use a hammer and make a dent in the computer case yourself and claim that it was damaged in transit. Is it as easy as this? You'll end up with a dent in your computer case but that's purely aesethetic and it would still function perfectly.

I would go for a DNA, assuming the company is responsible for lost goods.

No.

The return would be expected by the majority of companies. How do you plan on circumventing It?

How about on Amazon and Ebay? The computer case would cost $100-$200, so they might not ask for it back due to the low price if I mention the damage.

It won't exceed the cost of freight, even by volume with dimensional weight.

Are they conclusively liable for lost shipments?
