SEing Bike equipment websites? 04-11-2023, 03:35 PM

Has anyone tried to SE
-TREK
-Bikeinn
-Backcountry
-The Pro's Closet
-All4cycling
-Fizik
-Jenson
-Competitive cyclist
I am trying to build a new road bike but I am not sure if any of these sites are viable. I know that REI works, so could get some calipers or groupset parts there
The forum is going downhill.
I have many SEs I would like to share with other contributors. Unfortunately, that is a very small percentage of the overall community, and getting smaller by the day. I have no incentive to contribute publicly and reward the undeserving. If you feel the same and would like to discuss privately, please reach out.

Backcountry was really adamant that the package was delivered--I tried a DNA. No matter of escalation or calling helped, they said it was a done deal and it was delivered and if I didn't get it then I could file a PR.
Which one of these companies is the largest? I'd recommend starting with that one, because the larger the company, the more resources to have CCTV, sure, but also more orders to deal with to inundate support, and also more willing to let a loss slide here or there.

Apologies for the late reply, I am in the middle of doing Fizik and a bike bag brand called ALMSTHRE. If you could post the result of trek that would be greatly appreciated

Went for competitive cyclist and got a replacement instead of a refund. Gonna return it in a week. Zero effort.

Thanks for the tip, do you happen to know the order amount and whether or not of the account was fresh?

Not sure if anyone is interested, but I just hit a successful refund on a bicycle bag company called “ALMSTHRE,” they make nice saddle bags and small stuff. Fresh account using DNA btw (US, total $33)
