Most definitely, sometimes rebooting the router also changes your IP (check yourself though, depends on the provider)

For real dna is working on expensive items ? May i know what is non otp on dna ? Could you please clarify ? Thanks

Non-OTP means you don't have to give the courier a code to get your package

Amazon will tell you if this method is used on your delivery in the checkout page, before you actually pay
