SE without actually buying the item 02-03-2019, 06:13 PM

Hello all,
Noob question, but is it possible to SE without actually having to buy the item. Saying the order got lost, or something?
If it is too noob to ask here, tell me, then I will delete the post.
Kind regards,
Albion.

You could purchase a S/N or Find one on Ebay/Gumtree and try convince the customer service representative to send out an Advanced Replacement. It usually requires quite a fair deal of phone calls / mails to get to the final step (Product sent)
If you've done your homework on the said company you should know there warranty policy and know if they require the defective product back. There's many ways you can avoid sending back the item that's for you to find out yourself.
Hope this gave you a little insight into what's needed
