SE style and methods #1
Do you prefer to follow up with the companies on a daily basis after you initiated contact or do you give the companies a couple of days to investigate/react?

Do you mix in calls, emails and chats if necessary or do you prefer to stay with one communication channel?
Do you raise your voice and angry with the agents or stay firm but calm?

- I think its better to give the rep some time, no need to hustle everyday.
- I prefer keeping one communication method, depending on the initiated contact.
-You might wanna stay cool as would a concerned but sane person. The point is to reasonably request a refund due to their faults. When justice is on your side, there is no point of raising voices or feigning madness. Give them a few days and politely follow up, and you good.

Every SE Is taken on a case-by-case basis, hence It's Impossible to generalize.

It purely depends on the company I'm dealing with, as well as the nature of the claim.

swim stays more on the polite side of communication but not sure if that is really how most people approach such situations. having dealt with consumers directly, some people are very patient and calm. Where as there a surpising amount of people who are incredibly angry after not receiving a reply to their email after even two hours. Had threats of going to the fbi, negative reviews, calling a company etc. Which is totally insane when you consider that larger companies often do not reply for several days. personally if there was a dna situation and I really needed something I would email first and then call daily until it was resolved.

^ It plays a significant role with every point of communication, which can essentially make all the difference between success and failure.
