If they're liable for loss of goods and your SE Is performed accordingly, then there's every reason why the claim should be approved.

Anything that states the responsibility Is passed onto the customer or of course, the company Itself Is liable.

What if there is OTP? Can you only do empty box or never arrived if it’s a big order and you claim one of them is missing?
