SE'ing Microsoft DNA with FedEx #1
Good afternoon,

I'm trying to SE Microsoft Canada for a $2k (Canadian Pesos) item via DNA. They shipped with FedEx. There was no signature, and no detail of where they left it, just "residence". I also live in a fairly rural area where the roads have names that vary by 1 or 2 numbers. The package was received in person by a family member who was home, but no signature or anything provided.

I gave them a couple calls today since they have no chat

Call #1: Operator told me they would need to do an investigation, but their system was not working and to call back in a couple hours
Call #2: Called a couple hours later, systems still not working properly. However the agent got on another line with FedEx and tried filing a claim through their automated system. She then connected to an agent and connected them to me, and the call was dropped (not by me), I assume by the MS agent hanging up.

My plan is to call back either later in the evening, or tomorrow and attempt again.

Any input you guys have would be great. I have experience with FTID and all that already.

Call #3: Told the third agent that I already contacted FedEx and they said to contact the Microsoft store. They will do a 5-7 Business Day carrier investigation, then get back to me. They gave me a case number and if I don't hear anything contact back after 7 business days

Now we wait...

i think i read somewhere if you paid with paypal you can just chargeback, they dont respond so you would win the case.

If they don't reply within the given time frame, give them a call to see where your claim Is at.

Further to the above post, the claim Is a month old, and I'd say some developments would have taken place.

An update Is appreciated.
