Hey, I've received car part from aliexpress worth 30 euros. I'm thinking doing damaged goods since I have the used part and it would be easy to manipulate when they ask for evidence. Any advice?

Should work well. If you have aged account aliexpress will likely refund or partial refund.
Be convincing on your first contact with pictures and good story. Aliexpress doesn't have a lot of patience.
