So, I recently sold a Playstation account(@Uranus) and I have a metric fuck-ton of the accounts information still on-file. (Location, transactions, etc). However, the account's location is based under Jap. Not sure whether or not that will affect my ability to speak to the U.S Customer support and still gain access to the account or not.

It was on my playstation for well over 2 years, but other than the info I have on file and the fact that it was on my IP and My Playstations serial number, it's a real pain in the ass.

I was wondering, how would I go about SE'ing a live agent to get access to my account again?

If I understand this correctly, simply tell them you've relocated and wish to access the said account.

So, having all the information that I have will help my case, correct? Just wanna make sure I go about this right, considering I sold the account 3 weeks ago and it's since been resold.

If It's purely the account's location that's of concern (as per your Initial post), then using the reason of relocating Is well and truly justified.

Figured I'd give you an update cause I know you're fond of them; I contacted them and gave them every bit of information I could on the account. However, due to it not being the current information on the account(since the new Owner has since changed it) they're not allowing me to recover the account as my info doesn't match up. I've asked if there is any other way I can attempt to prove that I own the account(as I have logged purchase amounts, dates, etc etc) but unless I can answer their bullshit verification template I cannot get the account back.

For reference I am dealing with SEIJ not the U.S branch.

Did you specifically mention this, and also provided evidence In support of your claim?
