It depends on the quality of your PoP. I recieved the same messge and that team then approved my replacement for a diamond clean 9000

It will most likely work, dont worry about chasing them in a couple of days you'll recieve an email probably saying your replacemnt handle is on the way. Mine wasn't recieptmansion but was all fake info and passed.

where and how would i get a charger

There are 2 chargers. You can either order the normal charger (can only be purchased through Ebay) or order the case charger directly from their website (US). You could probably also get a new charger from them though, if you spin things around w/ your story a bit.

How does the charging case work. Do i just charge up the case and then put the brush in to charge ?

I made an Amazon Invoice PDF they didnt accept an order refrence like most gens create. they wanted the invoice PDF with a payment refrence number etc. For every number on the document i used a fake one that would come back invalid if they bothered to check which they don't lol. I did edit the metadata to match a real Amz invoice but i doubt they even checked.

I imagine that's how it is, personally I'm using the other charger which is more like a charging pad. Also you could double dip the replacement if you wanted too. That's what I did and they sent me another one no questions asked.
