I know UPS is not doing signatures. I have them send the new laptop to my real home address, with all my real information, and I simple claim that it did not arrive.

Perfect DNA material, they've basically SEd themselves. Use this to your advantage.

2) Use a fake cc, with fake information everything, have them ship it to a drop address, and then pick it up, and have them try to sort out the fake cc.

Opting for this ^ will over-complicate the SE, which Is not good practice.
