Hello guys i make this post for asking you what method will be easy to refund this monitor is 200 eur and will be delivered with Fan Courier , what method do you suggest to use ? ( I also want a instant one ) also trying to avoid involving courier into anything.

^ I understand your position, but due to the weight & size of the monitor, the DNA method Is one of the best options.

The disposed of the faulty Item method can also be used.

I just se-ed a ssd and was like that
Delivered Yesterday and i make customer live chat with them today , they told me to wait until 11-12 maximum this month for a refound or replacement in case of the courier can't deliver to me
I told them package show on track that was delivered by the amazon on tracking and by the courier on tracking and they told me that is a mistake by courier and wait until 11-12 .
What do you think is a succes ?

That's good, for the fact that they have no Idea on the whereabouts of the package.

I made like 10 live chat's like a idiot but all of them said to wait and be patient by the 11-12 date , most of them they said they forwarded to the departament or smt like that and i will recieve a mail with info by them , on mails they said same , to wait until 11-12
