Photographic evidence can be easily circumvented.

For Instance, If photos are taken of the package placed at the exterior of the house, It's useless. Anyone could've taken the package In the home owner's absence, hence It wasn't personally received.

They told me in live chat (unofficially) that the refund is approved by a senior, so I guess it'll be alright. The investigation was closed about 3 days after submitting the claim (in my favor).
Them telling me the refund was approved, is about a week ago with no communication since, but perhaps their finance department is just incredibly slow.
They told me that it's lying at someone's desk, so not sure what that means but we'll find out I guess.

But until I've received by mail that it's approved, I'm not so sure.

When a refund Is approved, It's awaiting to be processed by their Invoicing/accounts department and when done, It will take ex-amount of business days to clear Into your account.

"Lying at someone's desk", means exactly what I've stated - waiting for the accounts team to pick It up from their desk and process It.
They should've worded It better, so that everyone can understand what they're referring to.

So, it's still going on. Investigation was completed in my favor and they asked whether I wanted a refund or replacement. I choose refund

Now it's shifting from department to department, and I have no clue what's going on.

How do you know It's going through one department to the next?

Are you receiving emails with different names and addresses?

Now its being handled by an department that only replies by email and I should get an reply in max. 48 hours.
