How Hard/easy is it to see a new iphone straight from apple website? Can it get blocked if i say i never received or box them?
What websites are best for phones and what chance of IMEI blocks?
I'm trying not to do amazon since i want a unlocked phone.

Wouldn't Apple IMEI block as well? Thats what I've heard, but I personally only do Apple to resell.

If the IMEI Is placed In a pool of blacklisted numbers, when you attempt to activate with a given carrier, It will be declined.

Is there not a local cell phone service & repair center In your area?

There's over 20 In my location, all of which unlock any phone at a very cheap price.
