You need to open the box in order to know that the watch its not inside, they will not ask about the seals. Remember that youre claiming the watch its missing and everything else is OK

Tell them you carefully opened It and didn't notice at the time of delivery, but will check and get back to them. Take your time with the reply.

It allows you to buy more time while the claim Is being assessed - which, In the meanwhile, It may be approved. If It's declined, that's when you'd say both of the pull tab seals appeared cut. It serves as a backup plan.

If the replacement Dosent require a otp because it's value is zero?

Maybe I should remove my ring doorbell, and then claim a dna when I ignore the door knock? I already asked the rep to arrange delivery "before" Tuesday and its coming on Tuesday so can claim no one was home?

Hopefully the driver leaves the package at your doorstep, and doesn't reschedule the delivery.
