SE $3,000 Amazon product 11-03-2022, 07:54 PM
#1
Info: item is a camera. It's sold and shipped by Amazon. It's nearly $3k after taxes. I have a very aged account that's been prime for ~6-8 years. I've made tons of legit purchases. Only things I've ever refunded were small ticket items maybe 3 or 4 times awhile ago.
I'm interested in how you guys would approach a refund with said Information. Thank you kindly
EDIT: I should also mention that this delivery requires a signature. Sometimes the Amazon delivery peeps ignore the fact that a package requires a signature.

Hey, thanks for the reply. So far I have not needed to provide a OTP. I'm not sure at which stage this would occur but my product hasn't shipped yet. It'll probably ship on Saturday.

If only a signature Is required on delivery, the DNA Is good to go.
Be sure to obviously sign with a fake name that's somewhat legible. As such, when It's cross-checked, It will not correspond with yours hence "you" didn't sign.

Heard that, appreciate the response. And it's probably best to wait for two days after the item is delivered to claim DNA, right?

Amazon remains adamant with a PR, so you've definitely made the right move by filing the report.

Amazon service is a headache. Is there a way to fake a closed PR? I have one approved but Amazon keeps saying it's still in investigation phase. Should I just make up a story about how I found the package and then return with FTID? I need to solve this in under 30 days to avoid having to make the credit card payment.
Thank you.
