DNA said wait till April 18th but I thought there might be a quicker option so I canceled that and tried item missing but there was only 1 item in the box because this place loves sending you10 boxes from 10 different warehouses. Process was the same so I sent them pictures where I used black tape on the box to make it look repackaged and a pic of the box totally empty.

That one says we will review and let me know in 1 business day. So that was a fuck up but I will try ever option if I need to.
Still have 1 expensive package arriving tomorrow and another package for $22 on good sparkplug closeout deal. That is the box I should have experimented first with.

I'll get my refund eventually, there is no other option or alternative universe in which I let a retailer win.

Update: Oh shit! I got an email already saying they issued the refund only an hour after uploading 3 pictures.

Looks like I know where I'll be building a car from with just a shell of the vehicle from a scrap yard. Just need to find a place to get $1000's in tools.
