Looking for some suggestions/ advice, I purchased some parts for my vehicle (alternator and axles) Grand Total was $500 fresh account but not sure how to approach this since all 3 parts came in different boxes and they were like as tall as me in the picture, I don't mind paying for the axles($100/500) and saying the alternator (smaller box $400) wasn't found but not sure if thats the best way to go about it

I've seen success with DNA with RockAuto for purchases as much as $800USD. Did the boxes come all at once? did you sign for the packages? to your knowledge, was a photo taken?

All 3 boxes came at once and yes their was a picture taken right in front of my door but no sig required, also my apartment complex is very open and my unit is the one closest to the street

Sorry I've been a bit busy and this DNA was super easy I'm glad it was since at the time I was not ready for the expensive parts or installation and work was very slow at the time but ref was for $470 also i used pp with my DC

Hey man.
Did you do the refund through the order status page? Did you have to talk to anybody?
I am attempting this today, 1 total order but got sent in 3 different packages and tracking numbers. Thankfully everything got deliveredd at the same time, no signature but photo of the delivery with all 3 boxes on there.

Yup I did it through the page and followed the prompts and was told an investigation would ensue but still got my money , my boss recently did one as well for a high performance alternator so I’m sure you’ll be just fine, good luck!
