Customer service at Ridge wallet ordered me a replacement for my EB. I told them I will be away from home for several weeks to which they offered me a refund .

UPDATE:

They just sent me a mail which states that they will file a claim with USPS and reship to me. Funny thing is, the courier isn’t even USPS. Also they want me to provide an alternative address for the reship so there won’t be more „delivery issues“.

My plan is to just tell them that I only have this address and they either refund me or just reship and I will then return the items.

EDIT: they reshipped.
