There has been a misunderstanding. All the items together are much more than 64 grams. Just the one item I don't want anyways is 64 grams. Boxing without substituting the weight is not really an option as all the items together in the package are actually 397 grams.

Not yet, will probably go ahead and file a DNA claim. I'll just wait a bit if somebody answers on this thread and has a better idea.

Perfect to box It by adding a little dry Ice.

The sublimation time can be accurately calculated.

Customer service starting an investigation now with "warehouse or courier" I explained to them the package was empty but not tampered with. Will update again.

Have you done them before? I want to make sure it goes through as a MEB not as a courier issue.

No I haven’t done them before, but the approach for a MEB is pretty standard, just say the box of the item was enclosed in the box delivered to you by the carrier, but inside the item’s box there were only the papers and the other things while the main item was missing
