Is there someone who can learn me about Reverse SSH'ing? I want to have acces to my work computer while i'm at home...

I think what you mean is just SSH. First you have to set up an SSH server on your work computer, and then connect to it from your computer at home using an SSH client. Make sure the port you're running your SSH server on is open/port-forwarded so you can reach it from anywhere, otherwise it's not going to work.

Can i set up the SSH server on my work computer without administrator rights or is it needed? And I can let it listen with just 1 command right?

If you not know much of the theme just use VNC it's a alternative to RDP & SSH, of course you can set-up an SSH shell but it takes more work to run it (for example if the place your work have port filtering and things like that), you can use any RAT too but is at your own risk....

I think it's important to mention that if you're going to create a door to your work computer that you at least secure it using private keys. If you can't access it remotely by default you're probably not meant to for security reasons.

You probably also do not need to be using a reverse shell, why not use a VPN? There are plenty of clients that do not require admin privileges to use/install (portable install.)

What operating system is the computer running?

You can do this using serveo, a service to forward local ports to the WAN.  First, make sure your SSH service is running on your work PC.  On Linux:

You might need admin privileges to do this, but it might already be running.  Then forward your work PC's SSH port, assuming it's running on port 22:

ssh -R 4567:localhost:22

Then on your home PC (or any other for that matter), you can connect to your work PC:

ssh -p 4567 YourUserName@serveousercontent.com

I have tested this on  my computer, it works.  Remember, you can't do this if your work PC isn't already listening for SSH connections and you are not allowed to start the service.  Good luck!
