Just say to Amazon you got sent the wrong item, and send that phone back, It's a method thats still being used today, but I don't know if it'll work sending the actual device back, usually you would send something equivilant to whatever you bought.

This has been known to work with companies who simply write-off the Item, but given the nature of the Item being a cell phone, most tend to cross-check It against their Inventory.
