Reputable PS vendors for broken item method ?

All the one's in the marketplace section seem to either only do document editing or have not been online for weeks on end.

If they cant provide multiple examples of their work then im not interested.

Yeah I literally sent him a message with the pics and instructions the day after his last visit and he has not been on since. Missed him by only 1 day Sad

It's a shame he hasn't been active.

I've seen his work with manipulating broken glass and must say, he's a very talented Photoshopper.
The designs were flawless.

When I asked he was charging a fee I don't think its free

Yes it was, I personally received a free shop from him but he was just trying to build up some rep. His PS skills really were impressive I have to say, I hope he returns.
