Reputable PS vendors for broken item method ? - EquitableEngineer - 02-15-2023
All the one's in the marketplace section seem to either only do document editing or have not been online for weeks on end.
If they cant provide multiple examples of their work then im not interested.

I've seen his work with manipulating broken glass and must say, he's a very talented Photoshopper.
The designs were flawless.

When I asked he was charging a fee I don't think its free
