Might be a little late posting this,
but I've found that if you directly approach a manager of the company or whatever you get better results because alot of IT guys when you say your site's vulnerable they go off on an ego trip '_'.
Just generate a html report (I did) send it through to them explaining everything and usually you get an email saying thanks
I've done it for jenjenhouse.com and now I might be getting a reward for it yippee probs gonna be a store discount that I'll have no use for but meh better than nothing right?
