I've also heard about the food poisoning method but I've never tried it myself, so I don't know if it works.

I guess that the food poisoning method can be really damaging for the restaurant as the restaurant may be kicked out of the partnership with Ubereats for such a thing.

I don't think they would do that for a single isolated case. If however they had multiple cases over a few days, that would be a different story.

Maybe just don't hit the same restaurant too often and it should be fine.
