Have you tried providing an email and overcoming objection?
Example:
Rep - "Sorry, that's not the associated account"
You - "Well it should be. How could it be different? I really need this taken care of so I can get back to work."

Got the OG email that was made with the order, now I wonder if I can get an Ar or will have to test my luck on boxing them. Also lol this is my second contact attempt with the same info, I get the exact same reps so I believe there is some sort of blacklist with each imei.
