Do you have to make a new account to do the refund on if you plan on using the for yourself?

Yes, just create a new account and dont use it again afterwards

What account do you have at the moment (type, age/maturity etc), and what Item are you planning to SE?

For SE, account maturity will be taken into consideration.

For refund, i don't think newly created account will matter. I have a few being done to me, with a newly created account

I am indeed referring to the gmail account. I have had my account for a long time and ordered the original pixel for me and my gf... im looking to do the same thing again but just refund them this time with the pixel 3 lol

The account has matured and has not been abused by way of refunds, so on these grounds, you'll be fine.

but would logging into the phones on the same account raise a flag? It's my main one
