I’ve ordered a order from Jd Sports Australia and  was going to try to dna it but one of the packages is being sent from the uk (still haven’t gotten it)  and the other I had collected 2 days ago from my post office. Anyone know how I could get a refund for it just a 4 jackets. Thanks

There's too many forms of authentication/verification, hence the DNA Is out of the question.

You can say the package was damaged on collection and SE a few Items, or select only one jacket.

Sorry I’m fairly new to SEing, what should I do as in this package that arrived first came with two jackets a trackies that I forgot to mention that add up to 2kg and the last jacket getting shipped from the uk

I live in a apartment building so they take it to my local Aus post office and I go and collect it

Do they not buzz you on arrival and If you don't answer, a missed delivery note Is left and It's then taken to the post office?
