If the fake PR's information is substantially different from the details on your amazon account then you can probably get away saying you entered the wrong details or the PR was for a friend you were helping. Then just return

Thats why you never use a refund service, with your data

If its fake details, then leave the account and dont touch anymore

So they denied your PR. If they sent you only an ofm email warning, then you are in good situation. Just start the return process and sent the item back. When they receive the item, you will receive your money back. Easy.
But the account is flagged so don't use it for further refunds.

Nah, I got the ofm warn after he told them the item DNA. Is it possible to still refund the item but first cancel the PR or I can’t do nothing?

I don't use other forums, but mothered spoke against fake PRs a fair number of times:

Do not falsify a PR.

If the police decide to pursue a fictitious report, the consequences are quite serious.
