Refunder sent a fake PR to Amazon.es - andrew772 - 04-10-2024
Hey,
so I let a refunder to make a refund on Amazon.es. I ordered item worth 700 eur on aged account with one previous order. Got OFM warning. Now he told me, he sent them a fake police report. I wanted to ask if I should cancel asap the police report and return the item? I heard it's risky, but also I heard they don't call police or something.

If the fake PR's information is substantially different from the details on your amazon account then you can probably get away saying you entered the wrong details or the PR was for a friend you were helping. Then just return

Thats why you never use a refund service, with your data
If its fake details, then leave the account and dont touch anymore
You are already in deep trouble

So they denied your PR. If they sent you only an ofm email warning, then you are in good situation. Just start the return process and sent the item back. When they receive the item, you will receive your money back. Easy.
But the account is flagged so don't use it for further refunds.

Nah, I got the ofm warn after he told them the item DNA. Is it possible to still refund the item but first cancel the PR or I can’t do nothing?
He is still waiting for response from the pr, I can’t access the account. Thats the problem :/

Last question, if they refund me money, what should I do? Also, am I in really big risk? There are no my private details, even address is different than my own.

I don't use other forums, but mothered spoke against fake PRs a fair number of times:
