Update:
As stated Refund was Issued.
They attempted no chargeback.
Many legit orders after.
Months passed and suddenly they banned the account reasoning its linked to another account that was banned, which is not true.
In fact the only other account that has used the same addy and payment info is still open.

Was a really interesting read. I don’t know if the Cc company would have had your back after a charge back.
I had this issue with LEGO, I claimed a DNA after delivery and they told me they couldn’t refund and ask me to contact my CC company to block the payment.
I contacted the CC company telling them that LEGO support asks me to do this with LC screenshot
My CC company told me that this was an issue between LEGo and me and that they couldn’t do anything.
I thought a CC company would be able to cancel a transaction but they obviously can’t (at least mine). The only thing they can do is to refund in case of fraud.
