Not true, if they've provided him a label, whether the account is close or not, the return and refund process will go through as usual. I know this because my accounts were recently closed and I used a label after and got a refund and the refund email.

The account is done when it get ofm. Nothing will work. Ofm is literally a death sentence for your account no point wasting your time. Either file a cb or move on.

I actually disagree, I read your thread and the accounts you restored were not ofm'd. I'm facing the same situation as the OP. They locked 2 accounts of mine, sent back another label then, I legit sent back the item. Now they just don't want to refund me because they closed an account of mine even though they told me they would  once the parcel arrive at their warehouse. I will probably chargeback because I just can't anymore. They are purposely lying to the clients, they don't care.

2. You're just impatient. I've had regular returns take 3 weeks. You returned this thing less than 2 weeks ago and you're bugging these people. As far as they're concerned your account is closed and they've done their job. They are not the return centre, why can't you wait for the department that handles returns to do their jobs?

Correct me if i'm wrong but did the account specialist tell you they won't refund your return because they closed another account ? Op and another personne have been waiting for nearly 2 months. Are they also impatients ? Every situation is different.
