Hello.
Please someone help me with next actions to try get refund.
My ftid was delivered 04 may and after 12 days I got ofm@Amazon email about closing account. I speak with them, said that please refund my 1195$ for returned items, they said wait 2-4 weeks for processing items at warehouse.
Yesterday after 28 days I email then again with some SE about passed days and my refund but got same answer -

I'm sorry about this delay, but we can only issue a refund once the item has been processed by our returns team.

Once the carrier has received your return package, it can take up to two weeks for it to arrive and process at our returns center.

As soon as it's processed, we'll request a refund to your payment method and send you an email confirmation. If you don't hear from our returns center by 2 to 4 weeks from return date, please write back so we can find out what happened.@

I will try call tomorrow but I getting lost confidence. please help me how to push them for refund? thanks

yes I saw your threads.
So you call to your b*nk Visa department and provide ups tracking number. and after this got successfull charge back?
problem is that Im from other country and use freight company address in USA. so b*nk specialist may ask for some more prooves and I cant give it. but i try call them tomorrow, maybe they can help anyway

no I didn't provide them anything yet just filed the dispute and explained that I made a return but no refund and waiting on response

Dont even try to discuss with OFM to get your refund. They wont give you a refund. Never. Just go next or try a chargeback. They will also link all your accounts if you dont use new devices and 4G IP.

Read their reply:

The keywords on which the refund Is pending approval are: "once the Item has been processed by our returns team".  That's what they're waiting on - receipt of the Item.

They're a variant of the so-called FTID, hence equally susceptible to failure.

They're awaiting the return, so you can't do anything on your end.

No they wont. OFM changed a lot on the last few months.

If you account got closed by OFM you have two options:
1) Chargeback
2) Get a lawyer

Even if you send the items back legit but your account got closed you wont get a refund anymore. Even if you proof it.
