hi, a friend of mine tried to refund some airpods from amazon but he couldn't ... he said the package was empty but when they told him that the investigation would start he said he found them ... that you know c is there a way to recover this refund? Thanks in advance

Was he aware that an Investigation Is purely part of company protocol to move forward with the claim?
