- which method did you use?
- which payment method did you choose?
- was the item purchase by an aged & with some legit orders account?

1. Used wrong item method
2. Credit Card
3. No i don't have other orders.

Thank you for your answer. So you used another account to purchase another item or you simply sent back something you owned at home?

It has to be an item in their own inventory for wrong item to work.
