Saying you like Cowboy Bebop doesn't help recommendations because 1) Everyone likes Cowboy Bebop and 2) There was no anime like it and there will be no anime like it. Consider googling 'anime recommendations,' maybe you can narrow down what you're looking for.

Nevertheless, I recommend Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex.
