The courier  took a picture of  parcels by a random door.

I contacted chat bot, didn't even speak to a real rep, said my parcel has been marked as delivered but nowhere to be seen. They hypothetically offered me store crdit or redelivery. I hypothetically took redelivery and then returned that one. Fresh account too

I'm just stuck with my courier doing too good a job lmao. Idk wether to put a note on door saying leave by bin and hoping they don't take a picture of the note or just attempting DNA with open doorway and coordinates and playing the dumb game of thats still not my house.

I wouldn't leave a note, as that could be constrewed as providing delivery instructions and may void your DNA claim. I just don't answer the door when they come knocking

Think I'll have to attempt that. They tend to try neighbours on mine. Annoyingly decent service. I miss the old days of evri where they used to say delivered and it's be in a bush 5 doors up (true story)

I successfully did an SE on Sonos, they asked me to send my faulty speaker to them first and then they'd send the replacement as the speaker was out of warranty and from an image i found on the internet. should i still do a FTID and get the replacement even tho they said they'd not ship it till they get mine or should I let it go all together.

Not a fresh account, my main Apple ID I've had for around a decade, but no prior Apple Store purchases on either - at most, $20 in small app purchases over the entire length of the account.
Zero investigation, they refunded me within 24 hours.

did all the items arrive at the same time? Was looking into doing something similar but the estimated delivery times are different from iPad and then keyboard and pencil are faster .

I just did gymshark DNA UK 150 quid. Took a day to get refund. Had to send them a message and took 23 hours for them to get back say sorry and refund
