How about dna a jacket? Zalando for example.

Zalando wants me to contact a courier company directly about the shipment loss. Dont know how serious theyr investigation will be. On monday i will be calling them. If they are easy to deal with, i will go with a dna for the jacket as well.

strange.  Since when does Zalando want you to take care of it?  DNA has always worked for me at Zalando without any as long as it was done correctly (fake sign or just thrown out the door)

I will try calling them again on monday, just to make sure that the support crew didnt make a mistake with that statement. If thats true i guess i will have to deal directly with the courier…

Yes! Tried it as the online chat wasn't available right now on their website and they don't have a phone number to call in my country. Worked very well, they just asked for the Order Informations, made me wait a little hour and asked me if I wanted a reship or a refund. Definitely recommend doing Hollister via Twitter.

I shall precise that the package was delivered at a pick-up point with an OTP (actually a QR Code), but I easily bypassed it by saying I never received a QR Code and showing them my ID Card instead. They then made me sign and I did a fake signature.
