I did this on an account with a previous order. I basically said the package was damaged, and the protein powder smelled funky.

Rogue Energy. Said the powder was spilled in the mailing packet. They wanted a picture, so I took one. Another rep said that couldn't possibly happen, and closed the report. I tried to be more insistent, but their support just wasn't down to play. Account had about 150 USD in prior purchases, too. The SE was only for $30. Honestly annoyed by how adamant they are about it being impossible for their stuff to spill in transit.

do you buy the tv direct from amazon prime (shipped by amazon) or from 3rd party companies because i think that if amazon ships themselves then ftid is not exactly possible

Hilfiger dna 200e fresh account succesful.
Zalando peb did a few times on aged accounts with lightweight expencive items missing.
Now planning on peb winter jacket. It will add a lot of wight to the order so i would like to know which european sites, that ship to Lithuani would be the best hit.

Zalando wants me to contact a courier company directly about the shipment loss. Dont know how serious theyr investigation will be. On monday i will be calling them. If they are easy to deal with, i will go with a dna for the jacket as well.

strange. Since when does Zalando want you to take care of it? DNA has always worked for me at Zalando without any as long as it was done correctly (fake sign or just thrown out the door)
