1. Apple - iPhone 13 Pro 516gb - £1249 - Empty box (empty outer shipping box - this can only be used once per set of name, address, payment details.
..
4. Apple - MacBook 13inch - £1499 - empty box - exact same as the one above but under different details.

So I'm guessing he DOES refer to the "once per account" thingy after all
Understood, but there's no mention of a "one-time exception".

It states this, which Is not very clear as to what It relates to.

An empty outer shipping box Is not a one-time exception. There's a lot of ambiguity In the post.

Agree on that, I hope he'll post the chats, I'm quite curious
He may well be referring to a one-time exception, but It's difficult to Interpret the context of the post.

Apple hitting hard at the minute with the empty box method I seen a guy who used 20 different people and just paid them £100 to use their details lol. People should take advantage of it while they can👍🏼
Please can you send me it

They could block the IMEI of phones, but there's no "blocking" of a laptop
Maybe they could ban the Apple ID of whoever logs in (would be wrong though, you'd be punishing someone who probably bought it from whoever SEd' it) but the laptop will be working just fine unless an Apple account is required, which I doubt
Yeah I imagine you could easily get whatever block they put on it lifted by saying you bought it cash.

Hi everyone sorry I’m away with work at the minute but everything that I SE I keep a log of on my pc at home so when I’m back I’ll be certain to post the chat logs.

However for the time being I can post the exact instructions on how to pull the Apple method offSmile

So with this method we will be saying that the box you received is empty.. not the device box, The actual cardboard box. You need to believe that the box is empty yourself for this to work. You’re pissed off (But be polite) You spent a lot of money and they have sent you a cardboard box.

If they request to phone you or you to phone them see you work a lot of hours because your frontline staff or your hearing is partially impaired or make your own excuse. (This bit is very important because they will try and push to call you)

Step 1 – order an item of the Apple website with no limit on how much it can be.

Step 2 – contact the live chat through the Apple website and say something along the lines of “hi I’ve just received my delivery from my Apple device but when I opened it there wasn’t anything there, nothing, it’s empty.”

Step 3 – they will more than likely ask you for a photo. Take the device out the box it was delivered in until your picture. They will also ask you if the package was damaged. DO NOT SAY THE PACKAGING WAS DAMAGED AT ALL!!

Step 4 - They will send you an email that there investigating this. This is good, this is what we want!

Step five – you will receive an email about the refund within five days. If you do not then get back onto the live chat and ask for an update.

Step 6 - RUFUND IS BACK IN YOUR ACCOUNT.

Note* This can only be done once per set of details
For example (name, credit card, address)

Please let me know how you guys get on. This post wasn’t made for this but hope people can get some use out of it.

What happens If the Item Is heavy enough to register a weight on consignment, and they decide to open an Investigation with the carrier and cross-check the weight recorded against their manifest?

Going to attempt apple soon, although have serious doubts about a fully empty box lol

- FTID - Very easy didn’t have to do anything other than send the empty envelope back.

can you tell me how this works?

Just remember not much excuse to return the item after claiming an empty box
