From there I render it as an uncompressed .avi file and put it into adobe after effects. From there I render it again as .avi (uncompressed) and use handbrake on it. Also I edit at 300-1500 fps clips.
Nice, must be a pain in the ass to render though if you're working with clips with those frame rates. I never knew HDPVR's recorded at above 60fps...

I would edit more but I'm currently using a laptop which really isn't the best for editing and visual effects. Getting a custom build within the next couple of months though.
