To ensure the contents are enclosed at the time of collection.

In the event you try to box them, It releases the carrier from liability.

One of the things that makes me wonder slightly about winning with razer is if I have to fill out a PR. Since I put a fake ID, if I have to go to the police station (I looked it up and I have to go in person) I won't be able to lie and give the fake name, which would get me into more trouble I guess. So I'm kind of stuck I guess

Yes, you cannot file a PR with fake credentials.

If you're anticipating a police report, use your real Information.
