Razer SN help 03-09-2023, 03:59 PM
#1
So I contacted Razer and told them my mouse was broken and had issues I found one online with the SN and gave them all the details they accepted my claim and let me do a RMA. They said It was a one time exception. They told me I ship the item back and then theyll send a replacement or refund. Or I purchase another unit and then ship back the defective unit and theyll issue my refund. What should I do?

That's weird, but I've seen that with razer sometimes now, if you retry they might just ask for a PoD.

That's Irrelevant.
I'm not prepared to write a tutorial. You have the best resource at your disposal, so be sure to familiarize yourself with the boxing method.

they give me two options to send the product back then receive a replacement or refund or I buy the product then send the old one back and receive a refund should I box them with the first option ?

box the return if available , PoD is a proof of destruction like saying for example "upon trying to comply with your request and send back the defective item an oily substance was released from inside and i'm afraid to touch it and it fell down and broke to pieces what should i do ? " in that case which i said for example they might ask PoD or picture's to prove your claim . do as what mothored say's box the return that's your better option i believe
