I checked the case, found out that it is closed in the website.
Last time they asked me to contact russians(support)
but russian support may call the store and verify data.
since 20 days passed anyway i can use it as an excuse, because the store has "Closed" so they won't be answering or i can give them my number

And that they closed their store already because of corona virus strict laws in russia and some story he was talking about
